OnDemand® offers a fully managed online document hosting solution sold direct and through our national reseller network of litigation support companies and strategic partners. All software is sold as an on-demand service, referred to in the industry as 'software as a service', or SaaS.
Through the SaaS software delivery model there are no licensing or per-user fees required as they are included in the monthly hosting fee. All training, technical support and maintenance is provided by OnDemand® and CloudNine Discovery, which allows clients to enjoy an enterprise class document hosting solution without the expense of maintaining it themselves.
FirstPass® is a comprehensive OnDemand Early Case Assessment solution that gives a lawyer insight into their client's electronically stored information BEFORE expensive processing and attorney review. For about half the cost of other early case assessment solutions, a user can upload their data into FirstPass® for advanced file extraction processing and online "quick peek" review. Utilizing full text key word and metadata searching along with visual email analytics, users can effectively filter (or cull) a volume of documents and email to reduce the population of documents to be processed by vendors and to be reviewed by attorneys.
