Customer Service Specialist - Account Manager

Compensation: Base + Commission + Bonus + Profit Sharing.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales by up-selling and providing AMAZING customer service, always exceeding the customer's expectations
  • Contact current clients to educate and up-sell them on new products and services to increase sales
  • Follow up DAILY with new and existing customers to increase client retention and sales
  • Conduct outbound campaigns to existing customers to increase sales
  • Follow up on email sales leads and customer requests
  • Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Receive orders over the telephone
  • Accurate and precise data entry related to sales, customer requests, and customer issues
  • Ensure each client you speak to is extremely happy and satisfied
  • Administrative duties: filing, data entry, create memos, receiving troubleshooting requests and create reports

Work Hours:

  • 40 hour work week
  • 8am to 5pm, or 9am to 6pm shift
  • Must be available to provide phone support on weekends

Prerequisites:

  • 2+ years of AMAZING customer service experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Background working in a law firm preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize activities and multi task
  • Very cheerful and positive attitude
  • A passion for excellent customer service and support
  • Ability to work in a fast paced constantly evolving environment
