CloudNine Discovery's experts can consult, coordinate and manage local production in cities across the country through one of our Certified Production Facilities. The majority of service bureaus we certify were referred to us by local law firms or other service bureaus that utilizes their imaging services. Each facility is verified to have litigation imaging experience, written quality control procedures and documented quality assurance processes. CloudNine Discovery assigns client service personnel to assist with the management, project reporting and to oversee delivery specifications.

If we are unable to handle your project locally, we will pay for the secure shipping (and return) of the boxes to one of our National & International Certified Scanning Centers, using one of our preferred carriers. We have national contracts with two carriers that provide preferred pricing and secure shipping procedures based on the confidential nature of the documents we process.

This project involves one of the nation's largest companies and a top 100 law firm. Documents were dispersed among 34 U.S. office locations. CloudNine Discovery associates consulted, coordinated and managed the national project through localized and centralized production facilities. Documents were processed in over 20 localized production facilities throughout the eastern portion of the US. The local facilities provided local pickup, prepping, scanning, re-assembly and the return of the physical documents to the client. Once the documents were scanned, the local production facility sent the images to CloudNine Discovery in Houston either via ftp or on CD-ROM for additional processing. Upon receipt, we QC/QA'd the images and data to verify data and logged the contents. We then built custom load files and loaded data onto external hard drives for shipping to the client.
